The IO Expander is designed to expand the number of inputs, outputs, or floors. Utilizing RS485 communication, the expander can be connected using interconnect strips or standard RS485 wiring, offering flexibility in installation. The IO Expander can be located up to 2000 feet from the master controller, making it ideal for large installations or complex layouts that require extended distances.
